Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams
Lead day-to-day project operations from planning through turnover
Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, subcontracts and procurement
You will manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget and quality are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors and field staff while representing the company as a trusted project leader.
Support preconstruction, estimating and early project planning
Oversee change orders, cost control, project reporting and risk management

Experience managing commercial construction projects
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive performance
Strong understanding of ground-up, interiors or renovation work
Salary: 120,000–140,000 + Benefits + Bonus
