In this role you will keep automation projects moving by supporting data‑center startups, leading checkout and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems, partnering with automation engineers to test and troubleshoot, and providing clear communication updates to customers and project teams.
We’re opening our 2026 hiring pipeline for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who prefer being on the move over sitting behind a desk. Ideal candidates enjoy travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that knows your name, and can laugh through flight delays while solving complex problems.
We seek candidates who love travel, have a working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and networking, demonstrate adaptability and grit, possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and meet logistical criteria such as residing within 50 mi of a major airport and having a personal vehicle.
The role requires walking long distances, climbing ladders or heights, lifting up to 50 lb, and standing or kneeling for extended periods in varied environments; reasonable accommodations are available.
Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals for field work. Success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking, so those new to these areas may not yet be a fit.
