The role focuses on promoting safety in line with MSHA and company standards, performing a variety of physical tasks such as cleaning and shoveling, and assisting with equipment repair, maintenance, and daily inspections to ensure reliable plant operations. It also includes operating heavy construction equipment or loaders and handling additional duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates have prior experience in the aggregate or construction industry and understand industrial maintenance best practices. They must be flexible to work overtime, endure all weather conditions and loud environments, and possess basic mechanical knowledge of industrial tools.
