- Maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce aged stock, and manage component inventory processes.
- Provide competitive data, pricing strategies, and technical support to sales and service teams.
- Lead training programs for staff, including in‑person, online, and field exercises.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure support for sales, parts, and warranty needs.
- Oversee installation costs, conduct audits, and enforce safety standards.
- Direct special projects, assess risks, and advise senior management.

The position offers a base salary of $115,000‑$130,000 plus bonus eligibility.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least three years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry. Proven leadership in sales, operations, or product management with supervisory experience is required, along with strong business and financial acumen, proficiency in CRM systems, and excellent communication skills. Additional preferences include certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Travel up to 50% in the first year and approximately 25% thereafter to stores and meetings.
