- Locate and retrieve damaged scooters.
- Replace scooter batteries.
- Perform quick on‑site scooter repairs.

- Hold a full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and meet e‑Van insurance criteria.
- Extensive knowledge of Portsmouth and confident city driving.
- Physically able to lift heavy loads and work in all weather and traffic conditions.

- Pragmatic problem‑solver focused on meeting team targets and OKRs.
- Ability to stay calm under stressful situations.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
Benefits
Working shifts follow a two‑week pattern of five days on, two days off, from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00 and a flexible weekend approach.
