What you would be doing

month-end

financial reporting

Support month-end processes and financial reporting
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounts team
Issue reminder letters and statements in line with company procedures
Monitor daily bank activity and upload transactions into the accounting system
Carry out proactive credit control, following up on overdue accounts via phone and email
Respond to leaseholder queries with clarity and professionalism
Accurately receipt and allocate incoming payments to leaseholder accounts
Assist with service charge and ground rent demands
Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies
