Quantity Surveyor (Junior/Intermediate) - €50k

Description

• Measure quantities and prepare take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Track and manage project costs, including labour, materials, and subcontractor expenses.

Requirements

Our client is a leading developer with a track record delivering high end apartments and houses. Due to the commencement of a number of new project in Dublin they are looking to hire a Junior or Intermediate QS to work alongside the Senior QS.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in quantity surveying.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
