Develop and coordinate project schedules;
Lead multiple site electrification projects from inception to completion;
Ensure final documentation is clear and complete for smooth project handover to touring teams;
Ensure technical designs meet the required standard’s needs;
Support the Infrastructure Manager– Electric, HVAC & Energy in planning site electrification projects and various others;
Follow up with suppliers to ensure deadlines and specifications are met;
Validate concepts with all relevant stakeholders;
Participate in the tendering process and assist in drafting contracts;
Ensure operational methods and work techniques are well established and understood;
Provide regular updates and reports to departments and third parties;
Support the company in conducting global energy consumption studies and GHG emissions inventory.
