  • Management of As-built documents with Project/Design team
  • Management of Request For Information status
  • Ensure security and safety of documents with the dual objectives of preventing unauthorized access to documents and allowing recovery from physical damage or loss of documents.
  • Manage storage of documents in a way that facilitates convenient retrieval of a particular document when needed.
  • Reporting review of new document control tools, programs, and platforms
  • Quality Assurance check of submitted documentation according to TSP/Client standard
  • Monitor due dates of drawings and technical submittal according to milestones
  • Exercise version control where multiple versions of a document are maintained
  • Control the creation and approval of project documents including management of the workflow set-up
  • Generate the various document control reports as required.
  • Coordination of all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
  • Development of document control system
  • Archive old documents and disposing them at the end of their life.
  • Technical management of document control system/platform (ACC and Procore)
