The role provides technical leadership and mentorship for the electrical engineering team, overseeing and reviewing electrical system designs while guiding junior engineers. Projects may include power, lighting, fire alarm and control systems for commercial and industrial facilities, as well as water and wastewater pump stations and treatment plants.
Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $135,000. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), have 7‑10 years of experience with a record of leading or mentoring engineers, and be a licensed Professional Engineer or eligible for licensure. Proficiency with AutoCAD and strong communication, detail orientation, and construction‑field coordination skills are also required, along with a valid driver’s license.
