What you would be doing

- Training, coaching, mentoring, and supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Support Specialists, as well as act as a backup for IT Support Team Leads
- Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, hard drives etc.
- Provide videoconference administration and support.
- Inform management of potential problems and identify problem trends
- Act as an escalation point
- Update and create documentation to be used across the Service Desk organization
- Assist with the dispatching and assignment of tickets when necessary
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems, or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software, installed and maintained by the company.

- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- O365 Administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and Windows File Permissions.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role
- Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
- Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, etc.
