Maintain accurate records of all yard activities and report them to the Yard Supervisor or Line manager as appropriate.
Work with and support the yard team as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct regular audits & inspections of the yard and the operations being conducted to identify and address any safety, quality or operational issues. These reports will be documented and passed to the JFF Head of HSSEQ.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the yard, ensuring it is free from hazards.
Provide safety and operational-related training to the yard team as may be required from time to time, including safety inductions to any new members of the team.
Ensure the efficient and safe movement and maintenance of equipment and materials in yard.

Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
Experience in handling and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and moving heavy objects.
Good communication skills to work effectively with the yard team and other departments.
Basic knowledge of equipment and materials used in the yard.

Strong attention to detail for verifying shipments and maintaining records.
