- Prepare 2D layout drawings to be used for BIM modeling or for facility installation
- Contribute to developing department BIM/Layout standards
- Coordinate and interface with project management staff
- Prepare panel pull sheets with circuitry and wire information
- Attend project BIM coordination meetings and technical committee meetings
- Prepare facility installation and prefabrication drawings
- Review project drawings, specifications and submittals
- Provide QA/QC reviews of installation drawings and BIM models to ensure compliance with contract documents and best construction practices

- You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
- Bonus Points: You have familiarity with the NEC and other construction industry codes and standards
- Bonus Points: You have experience with fire alarm, telecommunication, security, EPMS and BMS
- You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive data and information
- Required: You have at least of 5 years of experience as a commercial electrician, or an electrical engineer
- Required: You have experience in reviewing electrical design drawings, specifications and equipment submittals
- Required: You have experience in healthcare, data centers, industrial and/or higher education facilities
- You have the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and the willingness to learn new processes
- Bonus Points: You have familiarity with modeling software such as REVIT, Navisworks, Bluebeam
- You’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization
- Required: You have experience with power distribution 120V/480V up to 15kV, including switchgear, panels, generators, UPS, raceways and transformers
- Bonus Points: You have experience in preparing 2D layouts or installation drawings for construction job sites
