Zuggit is seeking a Phone Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for field technicians needing parts and order assistance. The specialist will translate real‑time job‑site needs into accurate purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and keep orders moving through clear communication and documentation. The role suits candidates who thrive in fast‑paced settings, stay calm on the phone, and can multitask across calls, email, and order entry without sacrificing accuracy.

• Answer inbound calls from technicians promptly and professionally, gathering required details quickly.
• Create, update, and manage purchase orders accurately using Zuggit’s purchasing/order systems.
• Add requested parts to orders and ensure order details are complete, accurate, and documented.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to confirm availability, pricing, substitutions, lead times, and shipping options.
• Resolve issues proactively, such as wrong parts, incomplete shipments, backorders, substitutions, pricing discrepancies, and delivery delays.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and related paperwork, following established processes to keep credits and replacements moving.
• Maintain organized records and email correspondence for clear order status visibility.
• Partner with field service and internal teams to prioritize urgent requests and support departmental goals.

The position is remote‑friendly but requires prolonged sitting, extensive keyboard work, and a reliable high‑speed internet connection in a quiet, distraction‑free workspace. • Strong phone presence: professional, clear, and confident communication with technicians and vendors.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask across calls, email, and order entry.
• Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Reliable and consistent attendance and performance.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, dispatch, customer support, order management, or inventory.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R, refrigeration, or parts‑ordering, especially in contractor/distributor settings.
• At least one year of clerical, audit, administrative, purchasing, or inventory control experience or comparable education.
• Prolonged sitting, extensive keyboarding, and accurate data input.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
