Groundsperson

Description

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and garden maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• White Card
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
