Payroll Administrator

• Work with the wider team to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll information is up to date.
• Chasing outstanding timesheets when necessary
• Checking new starter forms and identification documents including Right to Work Checks
• Entering timesheets onto the hire system in a timely and accurate manner
• Answering incoming calls and actioning various inboxes
• Assisting with payment queries
• Maintenance of various spreadsheets (Annual leave, invoicing reports etc.)
• Calculating wage and expenses payments on a weekly basis

• Please note, this position will require 5 days a week in our Wembley Office.

The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, excellent numerical skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
