Assist in implementing SAP-based processes for electrical maintenance and safety.

Maintain, monitor and test emergency and security systems, features like Fire Alarm, CCTV, baggage scanners etc.
Attend all Facility Management / Engineering meetings as required, passing on necessary information to the maintenance team in regular junior staff meetings.
Ensure maintenance staff is wearing proper uniforms with name tag and upholds JWC grooming and hygiene standards.
Support electrical/mechanical operations using SAP, including tracking, and maintaining data.
Provide training to staff on supplies, inventory, maintenance and ordering procedures.
Ensure property, physical plant, safety equipment and work areas are maintained to highest standard and as per NBC and laid RIL guidelines.
Prepare reports as required by all the internal customers, Business Head and Head of Engineering.
Operation & maintenance of all equipment related to Electrical, HVAC, Kitchen, Laundry, Plumbing, and Fire Safety in the assigned area.
Complies with the Engineering standards in performing maintenance activities in Engineering Utility areas (FoH & BoH).
Perform daily and weekly inspections and countersign all reports.
