

Provider of UK housing repairs, maintenance, care services, development and facilities management
The plumber will join Mears Group’s expanding team on a busy responsive repairs contract for occupied social housing in Hammersmith & Fulham. The role is practical and hands‑on, requiring a professional approach and strong customer‑service skills while working directly with residents to maintain safe and comfortable homes.
Candidates must have proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently and manage their workload. Strong fault‑finding, problem‑solving and excellent customer service in occupied homes are essential, together with a good understanding of health‑and‑safety regulations and competency with handheld job‑management devices.
The position offers up to £36,491.65 per annum, a company van and fuel card, working 42.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 8‑5) on a full‑time permanent contract in Hammersmith & Fulham.
