Represent the firm in national rail and transit and transportation organizations to enhance visibility and influence.
Goal-Oriented Leadership: Drive pipeline, sales, and revenue growth through effective strategies and performance management.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and in leadership roles within professional associations.

Proven leadership in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
Minimum: B.S. in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 20 years of experience in rail and transit program delivery, including planning, design, and/or construction of rail and transit systems and infrastructure.
Communication: Clearly articulate strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving growth targets and leading high-performing teams.
