Logistics & onboarding: arrange room bookings, access permits, travel support for field teams, visitor passes, and onboarding checklists; maintain team rosters and training/qualification trackers consistent with the capacity-building agenda.
Drive the monthly, quarterly, and final reporting cadence: compile inputs, format and quality-check figures/tables, manage approvals, and submit to the client’s channels in line with scope requirements (Monthly Progress Reports, Comprehensive Evaluation Reports, Framework documents, O&M documents, Technical/Operational Manuals, Final Report).
Meeting support: prepare agendas, briefers, and executive summaries; take minutes with clear decisions/action owners/due dates; track closure.
Stakeholder liaison: coordinate with RCRC, Parsons teams, contractors, and partner entities to align schedules, inputs, and approvals; maintain contact lists and distribution groups.
Document control: register, version, and archive correspondence, minutes, submittals, RFIs, action logs, and deliverables; maintain both digital (EDMS/contract management) and hard-copy libraries aligned with project standards.
