Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive committees and regulatory bodies.
Build strong relationships with government entities, clients, and partners, demonstrating cultural awareness and market knowledge.
Define organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to ensure clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and implement governance frameworks aligned with local regulatory requirements, client standards, and organizational objectives.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on governance and operating model initiatives.

Proven experience in Gulf region projects;
10–12 years of experience in GRC, operating model design, and process improvement, with at least 5 years in project-based environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Big four experience desirable.
Expertise in ISO standards (ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is a plus), or ISO Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
Familiarity with GRC tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
