- Greet visitors courteously and issue visitor badges.
- Guide visitors during emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain front office appearance, ensure newspapers and flower arrangements are present, and remove outdated magazines.
- Produce daily visitor badge reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with Helpdesk for support requests.
- Participate in emergency evacuations and support crisis management and business continuity.
- Contribute to monthly management reports.
- Collaborate with the event management team during events.
