  • Support manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Utilize FEA, GD&T, and 3D CAD tools for machine design.
  • Work with mechanical and electrical components, such as gearboxes, electric motors, and load cells.
  • Conceptualize, design, and test custom automated equipment for the automotive industry.
  • Implement design changes as necessary during the manufacturing process.
  • Creation of Bill of Materials.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their equipment needs.

  • Experience with Solidworks and automation equipment for automotive applications.
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience with an Associate's degree.
  • Experience with hydraulics or pneumatics.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Engineering or a Master's Degree.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor).
  • Experience with custom automation equipment.
  • Experience with FEA and GD&T.
  • 5-10 years of experience in machine design.
