- Confirm all service agreements are uploaded and orders are placed
- Work with reputation person on positive feedback from customers
- Follow up that product is ordered immediately and correctly for project
- Track the processing of all Return Merchandise Authorization
- Contact customers periodically to update on material orders and expected start date
- Track services for completion and quality check
- Work with Service Tech each morning, collect paperwork from day before
- Schedule all services and Caps and Covers
- Field phone calls from customers and document issues in CRM system
