Lead a team of skilled engineers and contribute to COWI’s strategic direction
In this pivotal position, you will guide and develop a skilled team of structural engineers located in our North Vancouver office as well as manage and cultivate key client relationships with a specific focus on Provincial and Government clients. Your guidance will be essential in executing a diverse array of transportation projects in Western Canada, promoting innovation at every stage.
You will play an important part in COWI’s Canada leadership team, directly reporting to the Vice President, Head of Engineering Canada, focusing on serving our clients and further enhancing the capabilities of your team. Collaborating with fellow managers, you will play a strategic role in workforce planning and resource optimization as well as business development. Your deep understanding of your team’s strengths and development needs will be critical in supporting talent acquisition, retention, and ongoing professional growth within the company. Additionally, you will oversee both the effective pursuit and technical delivery of transportation projects, using your skills to ensure project excellence, expand client relationships, and support the sustained growth of COWI’s engineering practice.
COWI is proud to offer an exciting leadership opportunity for a Group Manager and Discipline Lead - Transportation Structures based in our established North Vancouver office. This role offers a compelling chance to manage and further develop COWI’s engineering presence in while partnering closely with our recognized network of technical leaders and engineering teams across Canada.
Base compensation: $145,000 to $213,000 for North Vancouver location. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location.
