Ensures each individual delivery is matched to the correct SCN.
Receives, inspects and unloads materials at the CRP Warehouse. Verifies that the paperwork for the delivery matches what is unloaded. Notes any discrepancies on the trucking company delivery ticket.
Ensures that within 24 hours of material receipt, that all Secure material is placed inside the Secure area of the CRP.
Manages the coordination of the packing and stabilization of materials into the sea containers and completes the loading process per Government procedures.
Ensures verification of weights, dimensions and correct color coding of the materials.
Ensures that the warehouse building is kept neat, clean and safe.
Checks and maintains all tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper operation and repairs or replaces any broken or damaged items.
Oversees and manages all operations at the CRP Warehouse to receive / inventory incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
Prepares the Secure material sea shipping containers for Government inspection. (Paint, Flooring etc).
Monitors all warehouse supplies and initiates material requisitions when materials need to be ordered.
Directs and participates in the palletizing, banding, crating and staging of all materials as needed, to prepare for container loading.

Working Conditions – Warehouse setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 100lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.
