Develop and implement comprehensive supplier performance management processes aligned with organizational goals
Stay current on industry trends and emerging practices to incorporate relevant process improvements
Manage sourcing data reporting requirements including global cost savings, global contracts, oversee managed-agent contracting processes, data validation and remediation
Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on performance management tools and metrics
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and quality management teams to ensure consistent process adherence globally
