Acting as a go-to engineer for breakdowns, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Driving improvements in operational reliability, compliance, and performance across multiple plants.
Supporting project lifecycles: from developing specifications, design reviews, and modelling with tools like ETAP/Trimble, to hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting.
Delivering technical expertise in electrical design, HV systems, and I&C within industrial and power-generating environments.

Demonstratable experience of working in an electrical engineering background
Experience in electrical design
A good understanding of high voltage (11KV) systems, previous HV authorisation would be advantages
Experience with electrical design and system modelling software
Familiarity with industrial instrumentation &Control systems.
A background in electrical engineering within process, power, electrical design or heavy industry.
HNC or higher in electrical Engineering (degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Proven engineering experience within a technical role with transferable skills
