UX Manager

• Deliver hands‑on product design from research and ideation through detailed UX/UI execution and delivery.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and feedback to the India‑based UX team.
• Collaborate with the Global UX Director to implement UX strategy, processes, and design standards.
• Apply systems‑thinking to link insights, components, and patterns across products for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with product, business, and technology teams to embed UX throughout the product lifecycle and influence direction.
• Champion evidence‑based design practices such as research, journey mapping, prototyping, and validation.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure coherent, scalable enterprise applications.
• Strengthen UX culture through design critiques, co‑creation sessions, and cross‑team learning.
• Support hiring and onboarding as the local UX team expands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX or product design experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to balance hands‑on design work with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience designing enterprise‑level, data‑intensive applications.
• Strategic mindset to connect design outcomes with business and user impact.
• Skilled systems‑thinker who understands scaling design patterns across products.
• Strong communicator and facilitator capable of influencing across functions and levels.
• Experience working with distributed, cross‑regional teams and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
