Description

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
• Processes A/R, A/P, Review and perform internal audits
• Data Collection & Integration: Gather and consolidate data from diverse sources (SAP, Success Factors), including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, trial balances and maintain general ledger
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Power Query and other analytical tools to create clear, insightful reports and summaries that effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist with annual budgeting process and ad hoc projectsInterface and support operating departments with timely financial information
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including lender reporting

Requirements

• Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day.
• Experience in and understanding of basic accounting principles including general ledger, balance sheets, accounts receivable/payable, etc.
• Adv Excel, Customer Service Skills, team player.
• Ability to sit/ stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• SAP/ Successful Knowledge; Power Quiery
• Typically possesses one to three years experience in accounting.
