Account Manager is responsible for helping the accounting staff in collection of past due invoices
Estimate service projects.
Develop and maintain Service Department customer relationships.
Promote and uphold all Piper Electric Company Inc., company and safety policies and procedures.
Assist Coordinator’s with answering service calls as needed
Ensure customers are served within their time requirements.
Make recommendations to the Service Department manager to increase overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.
