The Land Acquisition Intern will work across Acquisitions, Construction, Purchasing, Architecture, and Property Management teams, assisting with land acquisition and development processes. Responsibilities include supporting land underwriting, market research, preparing feasibility analyses, and drafting acquisition reports, providing hands‑on exposure to the real‑estate development lifecycle.
Internship learning objectives include mastering property‑value analysis and underwriting for raw land, creating time‑to‑market underwriting proformas, and conducting market research to identify land opportunities. Interns will also gain insight into design and development stages, agency and municipal communications, and sharpen Excel skills.
Candidates should be enrolled in or have graduated from a university degree program, possess intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and be able to maintain confidentiality. The role demands meeting tight deadlines, managing multiple concurrent projects, and demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication, and detail‑oriented analytical problem‑solving abilities.
