Reinforce a strong safety culture through visibility, accountability, and consistent field presence
Support incident response and investigations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
Provide boots-on-the-ground safety oversight during manufacturing, commissioning, and production operations
Coach and engage employees and contractors on safe work practices, PPE use, and procedure compliance
Conduct daily field inspections, hazard identification, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to proactively prevent incidents
Deliver safety orientations and training for new employees and contractors

Physically able to conduct field inspections, climb stairs/ladders, and wear required PPE
