Risk Coordinator - Bonds

Description

• Organize, maintain, and track insurance, bond, and surety documents and correspondence.
• Aid with ordering insurance and surety-related items.
• Maintain departmental records and organization.
• Manage day‑to‑day items for third‑party insurance programs on projects.
• Correspond with insurance and surety broker daily.
• Handle operations queries such as requests for Certificates of Insurance and Bonds.
• Process job‑specific policies, including quotes, binding, invoices, and extensions.
• Deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bonds and insurance experience preferred.
• Adaptability to adjust to different conditions or circumstances.
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
