- Allocate drivers and trucks to coordinate service delivery and collections, maximising run efficiency and operational performance
- Ensure full compliance within logistics by monitoring and reporting drivers' hours, rest breaks, and preventing overloaded or overweight trucks
- Conduct daily driver debriefs to address all operational matters and communicate any routing or scheduling changes effectively
- Liaise with customers, administration staff, sales representatives, and managers to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
