The position is responsible for day-to-day branch administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, sales entry, scheduling and system record maintenance. It also handles accounts payable (PO creation, bill coding) and accounts receivable (collections partnership, credit requests, refunds, price changes). Contract management, office supply inventory, and WDS support are additional core duties, and the role assists other branches as needed.
Admin and warehouse responsibilities include maintaining adequate supply inventories with the warehouse manager, managing holiday pipelines, and processing sales delivery and replacement tickets. Month-end duties involve supporting commission SOPs, MUR reporting, and physical inventory processes.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of business-administrative experience, be proficient with Google Suite, and preferably have supervisory experience. Desired traits are excellent listening, communication and customer-service skills, strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, problem-solving, stress tolerance and independence.
A high-school diploma or GED is required; a similar administrative background is preferred.
