Key responsibilities involve validating contractor work packs and job cards, managing work permits in line with SIMOPS rules, supervising construction across multiple disciplines, reporting to the Lead Brownfield & Hook‑up and offshore safety organization, and overseeing the preparation and execution of construction activities, including HSE compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or HND, brings at least ten years of offshore oil & gas experience, possesses extensive project management knowledge, has proven offshore construction and hook‑up experience under SIMOPS and Brownfield conditions, is familiar with Total General Specifications, MANASA and relevant codes, speaks fluent English, is computer literate, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, can operate in complex multicultural environments (preferably with Qatar or Middle East experience), and holds H2S OPITO and T‑BOSIET certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years offshore oil & gas experience.
- Expertise in project management best practices.
- Experience with offshore construction and hook‑up under SIMOPS/Brownfield; EPC supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes/standards.
- Fluent English, computer literate, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments; Qatar/Middle East experience.
- H2S OPITO and T‑BOSIET certifications.
