Export Team Manager

Description

• Oversee client liaison inbox and ensure prompt response to all booking and handling requests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring client updates, communications, and queries are handled efficiently.
• Oversee export processes including GRN, screening, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time performance.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain clear and accurate records and client reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, objectives, and quality requirements.
• Support staff training and development to maintain a skilled, knowledgeable team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and growth.
• Identify and implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Manage and support the Exports team to ensure consistent high performance.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar export or airfreight environment.
• Hands-on, proactive problem solver.
• Strong understanding of vehicle capacity, load planning, and aviation security.
