Support the Construction Manager’s weekly Safety Committee Meeting.
Investigate injuries, near misses, conditions, and incidents to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct construction site Safety Audits.
Perform and document daily field observations of construction-related activities, to identify and correct deficiencies and report daily.
Enforce specific safety and health procedures in conjunction with project controls in order to translate policies and regulations into effective work practices.
Maintain adequate records of pertinent data and compile the required reports on individual job occupational injury or illness experience.
Monitor compliance with mandatory safety and health laws, standards, and codes.
Teach project-specific safety orientation which all project personnel shall complete prior to being allowed to perform any work on this Project as directed.
