What you would be doing

Assist in other non-small boat operations on occasion, including but not limited to, general automotive mechanic tasks, vacuum truck logistics, sewer/drain cleaning.
Lead and assist in boat operations, navigation in and out of harbors and shipyards.

Must be able to obtain TWIC and DBIDS badges.
U.S. Citizenship required.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Trade school training a plus.
Possess valid state driver's license, Commercial Driver License is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year general mechanical and/or boat operations experience.
Ability to maneuver small boats to dock and undock, to come along side other vessels.
Candidate can expect to be trained in functions beyond normal operations.
Shipboard support to include knowledge of launching and recovery of small boats. (17'-28')
Experience with driving pickup trucks with trailers on the road and in enclosed or limited spaces.
Good oral and written communication skills.
