Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for delivery partners and IT teams, ensuring alignment with defence-in-depth, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls goals.
Support the Programme Manager throughout the RFI, RFP process, vendor engagement, and overall delivery, providing business analysis and contributing to evaluation and selection of solutions.
Prepare and maintain business process maps, requirements documentation, gap analyses, decision logs, and other artefacts required for robust programme governance and control assurance.
Assist in the development of training, reporting, and communications to support user adoption and ensure that new security controls and processes are embedded successfully across the organisation.
Work collaboratively with the Cyber Security Programme Manager and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business, technical, and process requirements to support all programme workstreams, including process redesign, technology deployment, and policy/governance enhancements.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies related to business processes and support the Programme Manager in maintaining accurate status reporting and escalation routes.
Lead interviews, workshops, and working sessions to elicit requirements and validate that proposed solutions align with organisational and regulatory security objectives.
