Information Security Analyst / Management Analyst - SECRET Clearance Required

Description

• Provide integration and implementation of computer system security solutions
• Originate and manage all application software security documentation through applicable Department change and configuration management boards.
• Identify, report, monitor, manage, and properly remediate all system security vulnerabilities and infractions.
• Perform and/or support risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Implement security controls for a COTS Enterprise Asset Management software
• Perform analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures.
• Prepare systems security documentation for all system changes and upgrades; work closely with customer, operations team management, and other Information Assurance personnel to guide paperwork through approval process, and maintain configuration baseline of approved implementation
• Apply security expertise to Government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures.
• Ensure that all information systems are functional and secured according to approved Department configuration baselines.
• Support all Department Information Assurance requirement efforts.

Requirements

• Three to five years of direct experience is preferred.
• Security Clearance - minimum Interim DoD Secret clearance with eligibility to receive a DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
