Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices

Maintains a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
Minimum 5 Year(s) previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Prior experience in 55+ Senior Community
Communicates effectively with a diverse range of residents, including seniors
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
