Create and present investment messages tailored to diverse and sophisticated audiences, including analysts, the investment community, and media.
Collaborate effectively with different business units and asset classes to support a unified, aligned corporate narrative.

Assist in the conceptualization and production of accurate IR decks and regulatory reporting materials (e.g., announcements, presentations).
Analyse and communicate on imminent and emerging market issues, trends, and risk factors impacting the real estate and REIT industries.
Build and maintain effective relationships with the investment community including analysts, investors, shareholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Assist in the development of an end-to-end Investor Relations communication plan, including conceptualization, execution framework, and key performance indicators.
