- Assist and prepare project change management by requesting subcontractor/supplier pricing, reviewing proposals, and processing change management.
- Conduct weekly project progress site visits nationwide.
- Assist in preconstruction buyout and equipment procurement by developing submittal logs and procurement schedules, processing submittals, subcontracting, and coordinating with project teammates.
- Review and process subcontractor/supplier invoices and pay applications to owners.
- Generate RFIs, coordinate with owners and engineers, and distribute RFI responses to project teammates.
- Lead the closeout process by managing punch list completion, compiling as-built documents, preparing operations and maintenance manuals, documenting owner training, and furnishing warranties.
- Assist in ensuring project safety.
- Lead subcontractor and owner/engineering team meetings.
- Assist with project supervision efforts on small projects for those willing to travel full-time.
- Support project schedule updates, daily reports, and 3-week lookahead schedules while fostering relationships with owners, engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook).
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with phased approach project management.
- Experience in managing projects within live Telecom/carrier facilities.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor or Construction Management company.
- Proficiency in construction management processes, including RFP, submittals, and RFIs.
