Leasing Consultant

Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
• Provide reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active vehicle insurance
• Participate in a fun company culture with annual awards, team events, and celebrations

Requirements

You’re outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.

• Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
