Plan and coordinate own work with various business areas to meet deadlines, and direct others in production of work products as needed.
Mentor, review projects and assist other designers with projects and programs
Attend client meetings and be prepared to discuss video production process, capabilities and limitations.
Work with other designers on multicomponent projects, and partner with clients to shape deliverables.
Produce 2D vector animations, video editing and sound mixing/voiceover editing for videos.
Utilize and edit photography or videography footage for use in materials and presentations.
Ensure quality control through approval of proofs and review/testing of materials before deployment
Plan, manage and deliver multimedia design deliverables, such as videos and print materials, from concept through completion to communicate to and educate the public and other stakeholders about community infrastructure projects.
Research technology/production techniques, and processes as necessary for each project

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Video Editing or Fine Arts related field of study or equivalent experience
Experience with 3D animations.
Experience with remediation software such as MadeToTag.
Ability to interpret and distill highly technical information for mainstream delivery.
Experience with Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, and/or Dreamweaver; offset printing/digital printing/color correction
