Tasks
-Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices -Build positive resident relationships and boost retention -Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control -Manage rent collection and delinquencies -Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents -Lead, coach, and support your onsite team -Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy

What You Bring
-Budgeting and financial reporting experience -Experience managing a team of 4+ employees -Drug screening (THC not tested) -Ability to work some Saturdays as needed -Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software) -High school diploma or equivalent (required) -Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws -Strong leadership and organizational skills -2+ years of multifamily property management experience (preferred)
