This entry‑level technician role supports installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. Technicians work in a team‑oriented environment, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations. Flexibility for overtime and occasional weekend work is required.
- Assist with on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
- Collaborate in a team‑based environment to share information, workload, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform work safely and adhere to all safety measures daily.
- Provide flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Safely access rooftops using fixed or extension ladders.
- Load and unload tools/equipment from a work van; push/pull wheeled carts up to 150 lb.

- Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
- High School diploma or GED; HVAC trade school graduation preferred with 3.5 GPA and strong attendance.
- At least 1 year of mechanical support experience, preferably hands‑on HVAC.
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (preferred); NATE certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift moderate loads (up to 90 lb).
- Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Excellent customer service, electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to complete repairs, paperwork, and self‑schedule tasks.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for occasional weekend, night, or relocation after training; local travel may be required.
- Work at heights and lift loads up to 75 lb, with occasional shoulder/overhead lifts up to 25 lb.

The position offers an hourly, non‑exempt salary ranging from $33,000 to $41,000 annually, with overtime pay for hours over 40 per week. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, 401(k) plan, short‑term disability, paid birthing and bonding leave, life and long‑term disability insurance, and up to 10 days paid time off plus 10 paid holidays, subject to eligibility.
