Provide technical support to customers, ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT) and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
Train end-users on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment.
Install, configure, and integrate hardware and software components.
Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Conduct risk assessments and adhere to proper safety procedures.
Prepare detailed service reports, logs, Salesforce updates, and technical documentation.
Perform testing and commissioning of Qualitrol equipment and systems at customer sites.
Record test results, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with customer regulations.
Follow local safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system reliability.
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to resolve faults.
Provide feedback to Applications or Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Report all issues promptly.
To participate in the client project, submitting a medical report is a compulsory requirement, so it must be submitted before the offer is issued.
Assist in implementing system upgrades and performance optimizations.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
Attend training and certification programs as required by the company.
Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
Diagnose and repair electrical, or software issues.

Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, drawing schematics, and technical manuals.
Valid driving license required to apply for an internal license for remote site visits.
Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa, with occasional international assignments.
2-5 years of field service experience in a similar industry.
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to manage customer relationships smoothly.
Expertise in Protection Relay, GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), Transformer Testing, and Commissioning.
Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics)
